Warranty

All products sold on www.light-pros.com Online Store or by RD&GP , LLC. are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a product specific period displayed below from the date of purchase. Within this period, RD&GP , LLC. will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided the customer shall be responsible for all transportation/shipping cost. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, unauthorized alteration, repairs or acts of nature. IN NO EVENT SHALL RD&GP , LLC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE/INSTALL THE PRODUCT(S). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

RD&GP , LLC. retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the unit or offer a full or partial refund at its sole discretion. In the event a refund is granted, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from all products. In addition in no event shall RD&GP , LLC. refund the shipping cost of any sale. We strongly recommend Professional Installations for all our products. We are not responsible for damages and losses of our products and your properties due to improper installations.

In order to be eligible for any form of warranty you must complete and send in the warranty registration included in the product packaging within 14 days. Failure to comply will result in product(s) not being covered under our manufacturer warranty. RD&GP , LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen warranty cards. If a warranty card was not included in your package please call us within 14 days of receiving your package.

REFUNDS:

Kits: Refunds on  kits will only be accepted within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Any kit being returned must include all items in the original packing, proof of professional installation (If required) and be in perfect re-sellable condition. If the  kit has been installed we cannot accept the return due to the fact of it being a safety item for your vehicle. We will not accept returns based on the inability to install our products. All returned products will recieve a  minimum of a 20% restocking fee. All HID kits are covered under a 1 year warranty.

Flashlights: Refunds on flashlights will only be accepted within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Any kit being returned must include all items in the original packing and be in perfect re-sellable condition. All flashlights sold as new are covered under a 3 month warranty

All sales are final on all products excluding hid kits and flashlights. We reserve the right to return merchandise to the customer or deny a refund request based on our opinion that we deem the merchandise has been used, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants. RD&GP has no control over the use, installation, application, or maintenance of our products, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damages, losses or costs resulting from the use of the products. Any claims arising from the operating, failure or malfunctioning etc. will be denied. RD&GP assumes no liability for personal injuries, property damages or consequential damages resulting from our products.

RETURNS:

Returns are only accepted with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact our Customer Service Department for RMA numbers and further instructions. We will NOT accept any returns without an RMA number.The RMA number must be on written on the side of the box or the package will be refused. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt. Items returned must be in new condition with the packaging slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging. Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be received within 3 days of your receipt of merchandise(s). We reserve the rights to entertain requests received thereafter. Rd&GP LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on return shipments. Returned merchandise must be received from our customer before we will process and ship out any replacement.

USED/Refurbished: Items sold as "scratch & dent" or used/refurbished are covered under a 7 day manufactures warranty. There are no refunds on these products. In the event a warrantied item needs to be replaced and we are out of stock, RD&GP , LLC will issue you a store credit for the product price.

UPGRADES: Upgrades for your product(s) may only be accepted within 7 days of purchase. The item has to be in mint condition. We will not accept any upgrades for product(s) after 7 days or if product is not in mint condition. RD&GP reserves the right to offer and decline upgrades at its sole discretion.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: Manufacturer Warranty covers the merchandise(s) sold only. Any warranty of the installation of the product is the responsibility of the shop or technician who performed the installation. Our warranty is only valid with proof of sale from RD&GP , LLC., or one of its authorized retailers/installers. RD&GP , LLC may require proof of professional installation for warranty claims on HID Kits. Warranty coverage is non-transferable unless it was sold by an authorized retailer/installer.

EXCLUSIONS: This Limited Warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from water damage, fire, chemical spillage, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, operation with un-approved aftermarket headlights and/or DRL (Daytime Running Light) feature, submersion, vehicle crash, dropping or by any other type of impact. ANY modification to the system and components, or operating on a vehicle with a defective component and part, will automatically void the warranty.

EXCLUSION OF DAMAGE: In no event shall RD&GP , LLC. or any distributor be liable for ANY damages (including without limitation, consequential damages, incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of time, inconvenience, or other losses) arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to install the product. RD&GP , LLC. reserves the right to change the design and function of their products without any obligation to modify any previous product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT: If a RD&GP , LLC. product is suspected of being defective, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. Upon receiving an RMA number, return the product(s) including return shipping payment and send to: 1963 12th St Sarasota FL 34236. Include your receipt of professional installation and other proof of purchase along with a description of the problem. The returned product will be inspected by our technicians. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this warranty, the sole remedy is repair or replacement, at our option. A repaired or replacement product will be shipped back at no charge. Additional product costs may apply see below. Removal, installation, or re-installation costs are not covered by this warranty.

HID KIT LIFETIME WARRANTY: If you purchased the lifetime warranty on any of our products, please note the following:

- A full lifetime warranty is valid for only the original product owner. We will replace any defective part for as long as the kit is owned by the original purchaser. Buyer is responsible for all transportation / shipping costs.

- A limited lifetime warranty is valid for 1 year from the date that the product(s) were purchased. This warranty covers all products included into the kit. We will replace any defective part for a period of one year. Buyer is responsible for all transportation / shipping costs.
