From design to takedown
Design Consultation
We walk your property, study the architecture, and craft a custom lighting plan tailored to your home. No two designs are alike.
Precision Installation
Our crew installs with architectural-grade clips and hidden routing, custom-fitted to your home's exact dimensions. No staples, no damage, no loose wires — only clean, intentional light.
Maintenance & Care
Throughout the season we monitor your display. If a bulb dims or a line shifts, we're back to make it right — usually within 48 hours.
Takedown & Organization
After the season we carefully remove and professionally label every strand, organize them into convenient bins, and place them in your attic, garage, shed, or crawlspace — ready to shine again next year.

"We are so happy with our lighting that Dustin installed. He was easy to work with, answered all questions, made great suggestions, and worked very hard (and late) to get things done. I recommend using him for all of your outdoor lighting projects!"

Fred Duitsman

Questions, answered
When should I book my Christmas installation?
We begin installations in October and run through mid-December. Our calendar fills quickly — we recommend booking your design consultation by early October to secure your preferred week, especially for larger estates.
Do you provide the lights, or do I use my own?
We provide everything — commercial-grade LEDs (warm white or full color), architectural clips, timers, and all hardware. Our lights are brighter and more durable than retail strands. At season's end we take them down, professionally label each strand, and organize them into convenient bins stored on your property — ready for next year.
Can I get colorful lights, or just white?
Both. Warm white gives a classic, elegant look; classic multicolor (red, green, blue, and gold) is festive and fun. We can also do a custom palette or mix the two — warm white on the roofline with color on the trees, for example.
Will installation damage my roof or gutters?
Never. We use non-invasive architectural clips designed for gutters, shingles, and railings — no staples, no nails, no adhesives that mar surfaces. Your home is treated as carefully as our own.
What happens if a light goes out during the season?
Every installation includes complimentary maintenance. If anything dims or shifts, call or text us and we'll be out to repair it — typically within 48 hours, at no additional cost.
What's the difference between Christmas and permanent lighting?
Christmas lighting is installed and removed each season. Permanent holiday lighting is a year-round architectural system hardwired to your home — you control color and timing from an app, and it doubles as everyday architectural accent lighting.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Travelers Rest, Greenville, Greer, Taylors, Marietta, Simpsonville, and the surrounding Upstate. If you're near the Blue Ridge foothills, we're your lighting company.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on linear feet of roofline, number and size of trees, and the scope of the design. After your consultation we provide a fixed, itemized quote — no hourly rates, no surprise fees.
Do you offer takedown and storage?
Yes. After the season we carefully remove and professionally label every strand, then organize them into convenient bins and place them in your attic, garage, shed, or crawlspace — ready for next year. Reinstallation the following year is faster and more affordable since the design is already mapped.
